  1. I always love your writing because it really touches all of my emotions.  Today, while killing some time sitting in the dentist chair before having some work done, I opened your latest installment.  I should know better by now, but noooo….When the dentist comes in and you’re wiping away tears before he has even started the procedure, they tend to look at you like you might be crazy.  You see, I’m pretty close to your age and I’m trying real hard not to let the old woman in.  Once again, you touched my soul.   Wishing you a Happy Holiday Season.  I miss you.   Debbie

  2. I always like to have some quiet time to read your essays.
So what better time when I’m sitting here watching Curse of Oak Island and I can’t move because I tore a couple of major kitchen appliances apart today to clean.
I may have had to cataract surgeries recently, I may need a hip replacement, but I’ll be damned if I let that old b**** move in with me!

  3. This made me smile and a little bit sad at the same time Tim. I’m sure you can guess why. The Old Man and the Old Lady have tried to settle in here at our retirement farm. It’s a constant battle fighting them off, unsuccessfully last week during a remodel project of our bedroom. It’s become a daily struggle.
Great writing here on these pages! I’ve enjoyed reading for the first time tonight. Looking forward to more.
Hope you have a Merry Christmas!
Time now for me to take my Mr sleepy time gummy. Hope my golf game is awesome tomorrow.
